Steve has years of experience in the significant turnaround of energy focused businesses including Satcon Technology and Advanced Energy Industries and has years of executive management roles in Lam Research, Trikon, Applied Materials, Rockwell International and Hughes Aircraft. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Physics from the University of Illinois.

Marcelo has over 25+ years of experience in the power industry and has held the position of CEO and COO at several companies including Greenstar Managed Services, Stirling Energy Systems, Tessera Solar North America and PSEG Global. Marcelo holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MBA.

Juan Jose has over 20+ years of experience as an executive responsible for designing and delivering core technologies. His most recent experience includes VP of Engineering at Satcon, Director of Project Management for Hach Company and held several key positions of increasing responsibility at Advanced Energy, Inc. JJ has his MSc degree in Electrical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Plasma Physics. 

Michael has over 20+ years experience launching advanced technologies and companies across the Renewable Energy, Smart City, Water Generation, AgTech, FinTech, Enterprise Software and Supply Chain Management industries. Michael received his Masters Degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University and Bachelor of Arts Degrees in History and Anthropology from Lake Forest College.

Rick is a Product Marketing Executive with strong technical background in a wide range of fields including plasma processing, thin film devices, power conversion, semiconductors, telecommunications, energy storage, solar energy, instrumentation, vacuum technology and optics. Over 20 years of experience managing products through their lifecycles. Strong ability to integrate market dynamics, customer opportunities and product features into successful product plans. Proven track record in managing marketing and sales organizations. Experience with corporate strategy development including communication with executive management and shareholders. Rick has his Ph.D. in Chemical Physics and an MBA, both from Northwestern University.

Jonathan has been an RF Engineer, Wireless Design and Deployment Engineer for 11+ years.   Extensive experience conducting site surveys, analyzing, designing, and deploying enterprise and carrier grade wireless networks for municipalities and large scale businesses.  This includes integrating wireless deployments with backend networks to ensure user acceptance and requirement compliance. Recent companies include GoGo Business Aviation for eight years and Volt Telecommunication for two years.   

Barry has 25+ years of experience in business and strategic planning. Recently worked for ExteNet as Director of Implementation. Oversaw 2,000+ neutral host small cell and associated fiber deployments. Established and managed over 100 jurisdictional agreements for small cell attachment rights. Worked closely with site acquisition, RF and sales teams to successfully deploy small cell 4G/5G rollouts for AT&T, TMO, Verizon and Sprint. 

Ryan has 25+ years of bringing complex products from concept through production.  Possessing a unique combination of electrical and mechanical skills, Ryan specializes in cost effective product development, custom prototyping, regulatory compliance testing, and sustaining engineering.  He has leveraged these skills in the development of high-volume consumer products, electric vehicles, lithium ion battery systems, battery chargers, power supplies, custom antennas, and race cars. Previous experience includes working for Eetrex Inc, ATK Aerospace Structures and Emerson Network Power.

Karen has over 25+ years working in entrepreneurial organizations. The past five years Karen has managed her own organization specializing in the management of Human Resources and office operations.
